Exams coming up

As the weather changes and spring is really hitting beautiful Budapest (the most amazing feeling!), exam time is closing in.

You guys in the 1st and 2nd year are probably dreading the upcoming exams, either because its your first year finals or because you’re finishing up those big 2nd year subjects (Anatomy/Histology/Embryology, Biochemistry and Physiology). The 3rd year students are longing to finish the memorization of bacteria, viruses, helminths and other small creatures, as well as trying to memorize all the things they might have to explain during pathology…and don’t forget EKG in Pathophysiology! ;-)

I remember in the 4th year I was really looking forward to Pediatrics and Neurology (two of my absolute favorite subjects at Semmelweis University!), but first you have to finish Pharmacology.
And I KNOW the 5th year students are getting excited about starting the 6th year. No more lectures and finally getting to practice medicine “full time”. Exciting!

As you might have noticed, I’ve added an introductory video here. I took it when I was in Budapest in February. Wouldn’t have to wear the jacket now, I can tell you that.

I’ve also started to add lots of things in My Notes. Old exam questions, handouts + + +

    Hey,

    Jeg er en 21 år gammel mann fra Norge som vurderer seriøst å begynne på legestudie i Ungarn. Jeg har ikke gode nok karakterer for legestudie i Norge, og tenker dermed å søke i Ungarn. Hvilke snitt bør man ha for å komme inn på legestudie i Ungarn? Er det slik at du må være virkelig mottakelig for stor mengde stoff? Jeg må gjerne lese en del for å få med meg hva jeg leser, men har arbeidsvilje til å lese masse. Pleier det å gå greit hvis du jobber jevnt med fagene?
    Hvilke fag må jeg ha for å komme inn på legestudie i Ungarn?

    Setter stor pris på hvis du sendre meg en mail og svar på noen av spørsmålene hvertfall:)
